Cationic polymer flocculant gathers electrolytes for the strong cation, appearance is colorless to light yellow viscose liquid, the freezing point is -2.8℃, specific weight:1.04 g/cm³, resolve temperature 280~300℃. Be dissolved in water easily, does not easy to combust, has strong coagulate dint, has good water solution stability, doesn't become a gel, and keeps stable in the wide pH range, anti-chlorine.

Cationic polymer flocculant is non-toxic and has no adverse reaction to human beings. Approved for drinking water purification process as only synthetic cationic quaternary ammonium polyelectrolyte by the United States Public Health Department (USPHS), safe and reliable, mild corrosion.

The product has the characteristics of electron neutralization and bridge absorption in water treatment, good flocculation, and sedimentation function. Obvious efficiency in decolorization, killing algae, and removing organic matter.

Applications:

Cationic Polymer Flocculant can be used as flocculant in water treatment, especially for high turbidity source water; used in the treatment of municipal sewage sludge and activated sludge dewatering; particularly sewage treatment in the oil field, due to the high oil content and high sulfate-reducing bacteria content, so there are bactericidal effect in addition to strong degreasing and fast flocculation speed, especially applied to oily wastewater treatment in the sea oil production platform.

Cationic Polymer Flocculant is also used to spread and emulsify oil demulsification treatment. Cationic Polymer Flocculant can be used as a dehydration cohesion agent in mining and mineral processing for solid-liquid separation.

Usage:

Please first have a jar test to confirm the correct method and dosage. The dilute solution should be prepared, generally, with 0.5% concentration. Choosing a put, enabling the mixture evenly, and not stirring too fast to prevent the floc broken. Match usage of the product and inorganic flocculants, which are added early or late according to the treatment process.

Reference dosage: 0.2~0.7mg/L.

Packing and storage:

Packed into 125 kg/plastic drum, 200 kg/plastic drum, or 1000 kg/IBC drum.

Pack and preserve the product in a sealed, cool and dry condition, and avoid contacting strong oxidants.

The term of validity is12months. Transportation: Non-dangerous goods.
